My Top 10 Sexiest Males

Tonight I was out with a friend and somehow the conversation turned to People's "Most Sexiest Men" list and who we thought should be on there. I, ,myself, don't get the whole Brad Pitt thing. Yeah, he was pretty damn sexy in Fight Club, but even Edward Norton somehow managed to look decent in that movie. So in no particular order, here is my final(ish) list.

1. Jesse Lacey (ha that was a given!): His music is simply beautiful and I like that whole nerdy rocker, shy, doesn't-want-to-be-famous-but-still-makes-music thing.

2. James Sutton (star of Hollyoaks) I never knew it was possible for a man to have a sexy laugh, until I began to watch Hollyoaks. I've never been one to watch soaps or to find blondes attractive, but last spring in the midst of final I became hopelessly addicted to watching the show and the fine acting of Mr. Sutton. Check it out on Youtube or BBCamerica!

3. Ben Cohen (Rugby Player) I know nothing about Rugby, but I have no problems looking at this player at all.

4. Jay-Z (he's hott, but his voice is amazing) I consider myself more of a rocker girl, but I've always had a soft spot of Jay-Z. I remember watching his "Diary" on MTV a long time ago, as he was in the back of his limo singing Nine Day's "Story of a Girl" and thinking well if I didn't like you before I most certainly do....and I still do today.

5. Matt Damon (circa the Bourne movies) He's got this whole regular guy thing going for him and I totally appreciate it. I'm a sucker for a person who seems like they are a genuinely nice person.

6. Tom DeLonge (Angels & Airwaves) I think that in Blink 182, Tom was the cute one who had potential once he grew up. Luckily for my ears, he grew into Angels & Airwaves. The music is intelligent and conscious. I read an interview in AP with Tom before the release of the bands' first album and he talked about how touring with John Kerry changed the way he saw the world and his place in it. I was just blown away.

7. David Beckham (he's like the Brad Pitt of my list: overdone, but undeniably attractive, plus I'm a sucker for a soft spoken guy). It's nice when a guy is fit from being athletic and not a gym-whore.

8. Ryan Gosling: I remember watching him on Breaker High. It's amazing to see how brilliant of an actor he has evolved into. Check out "The Slaughter Rule" or "Half Nelson" and be prepared to be impressed. For hottness check out "Murder By Numbers", he's crazy sexy in that.

9. Jonathan Rhys Meyers (circa Mission Impossible III) While I have appreciated his work in Bend It Like Beckham and the Tudors, it one scene in particular from MI3 that keeps me watching him. Actually to be honest the only reason I watch that film is because of him. But the scene that gets me every time is where he and Tom Cruise's character speak Italian while pretending that their work van has broken down. I Love It!

10. Michael Buble (crooner) Great singer, gorgeous, and hilarious. I have seen interviews with Glen Beck and Parez Hilton and you can just hear the sound of his publicist banging their head in the background. Gotta love a person who won't compromise who they are just for fame.

Ad-tastic

So I've been holding onto this one for awhile. I don't know why really. I'm not into that whole "man pretty" thing or really muscely/buff guys, but holy cow this is a great image. Even I can appreciate this one.

Jesse Lacey.......again

It's almost embarassing to admit that I had more pics of Jesse Lacey and Brand New, but as I was cleaning files off my computer I found these. Enjoy!

John Nolan

I found these mixed in with the new batch of Brand New pics. John Nolan, lead singer of Straylight Run.

Listmania!

I'm one of those people who love lists. I make them all the time: things I need to do, things I need to remember. When I was a kid, I was fascinated by list books telling me the best places to live in the US, the tallest buildings in the world, the things most likely to kill a person. So in honor of my love of lists and my impending graduation I have compiled a top ten list of places I am looking at moving to. Knowing me this list thing will most likely become a regular thing on here.

1. Boston
2. London
3. Chicago
4. Minneapolis
5. Newport, RI
6. St. Paul, MN
7. Indianapolis
8. Madison, WI
9. New Haven, CT
10. Baltimore, MD
